About Us

These food supplements have been launched by A health coach and nurse. With a coaching service specialises one-to-one consultations providing health coaching and mentoring for women with emotional eating and overeating habits. She has also worked within bariatric services, studied courses in nutrition and weight management, mindfulness life coaching and Gut-brain connection.
Our nutrition and nursing background has enabled us to improve our own family’s nutritional health. Having suffered personally with emotional eating, having lack of energy, poor skin, and feeling fatigued- it was realised now was time to ensure our health was put first.
This led us to begin our own brand of food supplements. After seeing excellent results personally and how it helped helped our own children and family. By understanding how poor nutrition impacts people in negative ways and knowing the importance of good gut health – ‘Emerald Health Food Supplements’ was launched.

Emerald Health wants other families to ensure they are getting all their nutrients too, alongside eating a well-balanced diet. In this fast-paced life, and food not retaining the true goodness it used to, our Food Supplements can help families to get the needed nutrients they maybe missing or simply get help with stress, poor sleep or any other health goal that needs attention.

Good health shouldn’t be kept a secret.
Emerald Health has a vision to help families like yours to achieve good health. By starting to fuel your body with wholesome, healthy and natural foods- your are one step closer towards becoming healthier.
